**August Round Up**
August brought our Summer holiday programme to an end, with our sessions packed with fun, inclusive and engaging activities for our children and young people.
Our Multisport sessions kept everyone active with a variety of games including the classic Dodgeball and the firm favourite of our obstacle courses, giving children and young people the chance to develop teamwork, coordination and confidence while having lots of fun.
There’s been plenty of creativity too! Our arts and crafts sessions have included making cress heads, sensory bottles, paintings, colourings and lots of other fantastic creations. It’s been brilliant to see everyone getting stuck in and putting their own ideas into their creations.
Music and dance have also been a big hit throughout the summer. From sharing favourite songs and showing off some impressive dance moves to copying the sounds and movements of different animals, these sessions have brought plenty of laughter and smiles.
We also enjoyed our second Summer Family Trip, with families joining us for a fantastic day out at BeWILDerwood in Cheshire. There was plenty to explore, with families enjoying the sights, activities and woodland adventure together. It was lovely to see everyone having fun and making more special summer memories.
It’s been a fantastic Summer, and we’ve loved seeing so many of our children and young people getting involved, trying new things and enjoying time with friends.
