🤍🤍🤍 ANNOUNCEMENT 🤍🤍🤍

I would like to officially congratulate tatsbymaddyb on passing her tattoo apprenticeship.. which means she is no longer our junior artist, but a fully-fledged tattoo artist.. a title she has earned and then some.

From day one she has been driven, independent and completely self-motivated. She’s taken on every challenge and obstacle thrown at her with ease & watching her progress over these last 3+ years has been amazing.

She has brought so much life to the studio and I don’t even think she realises how much. Her personality fits so perfectly within our team and we all genuinely love & adore her. She brightens up all our days (both staff and clients too) and the shop literally wouldn’t be the same without her. She is never allowed to leave. I refuse. 😂

As I take a small step back from the studio temporarily, I have the utmost confidence leaving her to run her own space downstairs. The independence she’s shown from day one makes that an easy decision.

Truthfully? I’ve never really had to “teach” her anything. She’s just so naturally motivated that instead of being her mentor, I’ve basically just become her work bestie… and somehow she’s become my life coach 😂

I take zero credit for her progress. All I did was provide a workspace - she’s the one who absolutely flourished in it.

We are SO proud of you, Maddy. Can’t wait to see where you are at in another 3 years 🤍🫶🏽
