Sophie is running an average of 35 miles a day for 24 days - 860 miles in total - to raise money for FullCircle and Oldham Athletic Community Trust, supporting young people and communities across Oldham.
In her own words, here’s why a campervan matters so much to this journey

Having a campervan for the run would be essential to Sophie’s journey… With three people on the road in total, Sophie and two support crew members, the campervan would provide a safe and reliable base to rest, recover, refuel and store key supplies such as kit, food, medical equipment and spare clothing. It would make life much more practical for the team while travelling the length of the country, but it would also help reduce costs by cutting down the need for hotel rooms each night, allowing more money to go directly towards the purpose of the fundraiser.
We need £2,000 ish .. to cover 30 days of camper van hire - and here’s what I’m doing to help:
