✓ Medication Support: such as prescription collection, medication
Prompts/reminders and escort to medical appointments
✓ Dementia and Alzheimer's Care: plus, associated support services
and providing support for family carers
✓ Convalescence Care: we provide support to recover at home
following injury or an operation
✓ Companionship: such as escort to social events, assistance to
participate in hobbies, outings and activities
✓ Waking Night Care: including through the night palliative care and /or
respite services
✓ Day Sits: including support to access local day services within the
community and respite

Services Ltd operates an out-of-hours service which is available
to our clients in case of any care related emergencies
All the above services can be offered individually or combined to offer a larger, more flexible care package. Our bespoke care packages are tailored to meet to the needs of each individual client and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure a continually high standard of care plus we have staff from all ethnic backgrounds whom speak bilingual.
