Thursday 23rd July - Sunday 26th July

A weekend of adventure, connection, wellness, and some of the most beautiful landscapes the Peak District has to offer.
With only a limited number of spaces remaining, now is the time to secure your place.

Here’s what’s in store...
🧡 Thursday Evening – Sunset Hike�We’ll kick things off with an evening walk through the magical Lud’s Church before making our way up to The Roaches to watch the sunset. The perfect way to arrive, switch off, and settle into retreat life.

🧡 Friday – Parkhouse Hill & Chrome Hill�Also known as the famous Dragon’s Back ⛰️�A day of incredible views, adventure, and challenging ourselves on one of the Peak District’s most iconic routes before heading back for a cosy evening around the fire pit.

🧡 Saturday – Wellness Day�A slower-paced day exploring Three Shires Head and its beautiful waterfall setting. Fancy it? There’ll be the option for a wild dip before returning for an evening of relaxation with a sound bath and Reiki session.

🧡 Sunday – Chee Dale & Stepping Stones�We’ll finish the weekend with a gentle walk through the stunning limestone valley of Chee Dale, crossing the famous stepping stones and soaking up every last moment together before heading home.

This retreat isn’t about being the fittest, fastest, or most experienced hiker.
It’s about taking time for yourself. Building confidence. Connecting with like-minded women. Moving your body. Laughing until your cheeks hurt. Sitting around the fire pit with a brew. Watching sunsets. Exploring somewhere new.

Longer days, bigger views, and even more opportunities to get outside with an amazing group of women!

Whether you’re looking to build confidence on the hills, meet new people, or simply spend more time in nature, we’ve got a hike for you this month ⛰️

What’s coming up in June!

🧡 14th June – Winnats Pass�Just under 6 miles | Moderate�One of the Peak District’s most iconic routes with breathtaking views and plenty of “wow” moments.

🩷 19th June – Binn Green to the Trinnacle�3.7 miles | Moderate to Hard�A shorter route with a rewarding climb and incredible views across Saddleworth.

🧡 28th June – Bamford Edge & Stanage Edge Circular�5.5 miles | Moderate�Two famous edges, stunning landscapes, and a hike you’ll be talking about long after it’s finished.

These hikes aren’t about speed, competition, or being the fittest person there. They’re about fresh air, confidence, connection, and adventure.

Stepping away from the noise, challenging yourself, and spending time with women who genuinely want to see each other thrive 🧡

What a route 🩷

A challenging but rewarding hike out to the B-29 crash site, with wide open views across the moors and that feeling of being completely out in nature.

Reaching the crash site was a powerful moment, taking time to remember those who lost their lives there, and seeing how much wreckage still remains was something that really stays with you.

These are the hikes that push you a little more but remind you just how capable you are 🩷

From the climbs to the conversations along the way, it’s never just about the destination… it’s about the experience getting there.

Curbar Gap & Froggatt Wood Circular Hike 🌿
Sunday 26th April | StrongHer Hikes

Join us for a scenic StrongHer hike through the beautiful Curbar Gap and Froggatt Wood in the Hope Valley. This 6-mile circular route takes us along woodland trails and open moorland, with breathtaking views across the Peak District. Along the way, you’ll enjoy fresh air, nature, and time connecting with the supportive StrongHer community.

StrongHer hikes are about more than just the miles, they’re about showing up for yourself, connecting with others, and embracing the outdoors.

This walk is moderate intensity, covering approximately 6 miles, with some steady inclines and mixed terrain including woodland paths and open hill sections.

🥾 Distance: Approximately 6 miles

Pay & Display: ~£4 for 4 hours, £6 all day (prices may vary)
Free Parking: National Trust & RSPB members
Disabled Access: Free parking for Blue Badge holders

What to Expect
• Woodland trails and open moorland views

The terrain includes hills, uneven paths, and woodland trails, so walking boots and suitable outdoor clothing are recommended.

This is a small group personal training session designed to help you build real strength, improve your fitness, and feel more stable in your body so hiking feels easier and more enjoyable.
This isn’t a class where you’re left to keep up…�👉 It’s coached, supported training in a small group setting

Now running TWICE a week 👀
🩷 Wednesdays – 8:15pm�🧡 Second weekly session (DM for details)�📍 Private women’s only gym�👯‍♀️ Max 6 per session
