Emmie is doing unbelievably well 👏

The difference in her posture, strength, and confidence since starting has been amazing to see.

You can really see how much stronger she’s become, not just physically, but in the way she carries herself too.

She’s built so much confidence in training, pushed herself outside her comfort zone, and the progress is showing more and more every week.

The strength she’s built has been unreal, and it’s had such a positive impact on how she moves, trains, and feels in herself.

Denisa’s progress has been amazing to watch 👏

The commitment she’s shown since starting has been unreal, and the results are there to see.

You can clearly see the change in her physique, the weight she’s lost, the inches off her waist, and how much lean muscle she’s built along the way.

But one of the best things about Denisa’s journey has been seeing how strong she’s become.

Her confidence with weights, the strength she’s built, and the way she now attacks sessions is completely different. She’s pushed herself out of her comfort zone, backed herself, and it’s paid off massively.

It’s such a good reminder that training isn’t just about losing weight, it’s about becoming stronger, fitter, and more confident in yourself too 💪

David has become a massive part of this gym and community 👏

The strength he’s built since starting with us has been brilliant, and it’s something that really shows every time he trains.

But more than that, David brings great energy into the gym every single session. Always positive, always encouraging others, and always helping create the kind of atmosphere that makes this place what it is.

He’s the type of person who lifts up the people around him without even realising it, and that’s a huge part of what makes him such a valued member of this community.

The physical progress has been class, but the confidence, strength, and attitude he brings with him every week has been just as good to see.

Ajay has done unbelievably well 👏

Since starting with us she’s:
– Lost over 15kg
– Taken 12cm off her waist
– Dropped 14cm off her hips

But what’s been just as impressive as the physical changes is the attitude she brings every time she walks through the door.

She comes into every session with great energy, always ready to work, always asking questions, and always wanting to learn and improve.

You can see it’s not just her body that’s changed, her confidence and how she feels in herself has completely grown too.

That mindset is exactly why her progress has been so good.

She’s an absolute pleasure to coach and we’re so proud of everything she’s achieved so far 🙌
