There are some paths we discover in life that seem to open a door to something much deeper... a greater understanding of ourselves, our experiences & the world around us.

SourceSTAR/Sekhem is an energy healing modality with roots in the temples of ancient Egypt. You don’t need to be a therapist, healer, or already immersed in the world of holistic practices to explore it.

Level 1 training can be a beautiful catalyst for personal growth, self discovery & transformation encouraging us to become more aware of ourselves, our patterns & the deeper meaning within our experiences. It can invite a different perspective on life, greater awareness of why things may be unfolding as they are, a deeper connection with ourselves & the possibility of moving towards a happier, more liberated way of being.

8 years ago, August 2018 I went through an awakening.

My passion for supporting people through self care, building self awareness, personal development, spiritual growth & soul evolution all came from & continue to come from the experiences life gives me & it's usually not the pleasant ones!

Life happens for us, rather than to us. We have a choice. We can use our experiences to understand at the deepest level what our soul needs to learn from them, or, in our human mind we can stay stuck. Questioning why. Feeling victimised.

Some of us aren't born "lucky" to have a positive outlook or see the bigger picture. We've gone into the darkness & refused to stay there. We've transformed difficulties, hardships, challanges & pain into understanding that this is our souls journey & we are here on this school called Earth, learning exactly what's needed for our soul to grow & to evolve.

What a truly wholesome day facilitating a surprise 40th birthday event for the beautiful & much deserving Kim yurt today. My heart is full 🩷 Such a lovely group & a privilege to be a part of 🙏🏼🎂🎉

As someone who values experiences deeper than possessions, I've been taken aback this week when I've found myself having wee moments over having to let go of my car. She has such deeper meaning to me than just a car.

After a car accident a few years ago left me questioning whether I'd ever be able to find the courage to get back in the driver seat, she came to me divinely timed & brought a smile to my face that lit me up & actually made me want to get back in a car 🩷✨️🤍

It seems such a significant milestone that on our last day trip this week she reached 111,111 miles. The number 1 is all about new beginnings ✨️ She's kept me & my boys safe & allowed us fun trips together & for that, I'm truly grateful.

Maybe that's why letting go feels emotional. It's not really about saying goodbye to a car, but to a chapter in life of finding courage & a remider to trust that whatever we need always finds us ✨️🙏🏼✨️

I always thought superstition suggested things come in 3's 🤔
I didn't however anticipate 2 lots of 3's back to back.

Challanges really allow us to see different parts of ourselves. The strong parts & the not so strong parts.

As a usually suck it up & just crack on kind of person with lots of strategies for self empowerment, I've truly had to allow acceptance that sometimes life plays pretty damn tough & it's okay to hold our hands up in defeat.

What I've also really noticed is how the smallest of gestures of love & kindness seem so huge during these times.

The inner strength & resilience that's built from facing challanges maybe doesn't feel particularly pleasant during the unfolding, however what we carry forward from these experiences shapes us into someone who has grown in ways only life experiences can teach.

How beautiful is this message my youngest wrote for me ❤️
