I have recently started working from a beautiful new therapy space in Olney.

I have settled in well and am fortunate to be working alongside a wonderful group of therapists.

It is a change in setting, but not in focus. I'm continuing to offer reflexology and energy techniques for clients experiencing stress, tension, sleep disruption and more.

Starting somewhere new always brings a fresh perspective, but in practice, what I notice doesn't really change. People often arrive holding more than they realise, and it usually shows before anything is said.

This June I’m running the Race for Life with my big sis Tash and my lil bro Josh to raise money for cancer research after the recent diagnosis of someone extra dear to us.

As any of you that know me will know, I’m as fit as an unfit thing.. buuuut I’m on week three of the training programme and managed 3 whole minutes running today, which felt like 20! Determined to get there by June for the worthiest of causes. And will be motivated even more by your donations.

What’s on in April 🌷

After a Winter beset with showers, surely we are due an April filled with sunshine!

On my daily dog walks I’ve definitely noticed a heating up of the soil beneath my feet, flowers blooming, buds ready to burst on the trees, their upper branches abundant with birds nesting, preparing to welcome their young.

Spring, a season full of hope, and a deep gratitude for that sense of hope that Mother Nature gifts us in these days of challenging news.
So, to celebrate the Spring warmth we are offering an opportunity to Open Your Heart through a deep healing meditation with our resident energy healer, Laura Vasu Devi; an opportunity to forage and learn how to not only pick but honour the plants that we pick and a lesson on how to make herbal infusions with plant expert Nicky Kenny; and to finish the month we welcome back our beloved Helen Stephenson to bring calm to your mind, body and soul in her Mindfulness & Meditation Saturdays.
