Some stories begin with loss โ but blossom into something deeply meaningful. For Nuala Groogan, a grey November morning in 2015 became the spark that would light up her life and the lives of countless children and families.
At the time, Nuala was Principal of a small rural school on the outskirts of Omagh, in the North of Ireland. โA ๐ง๐ฆ๐ธ ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ด ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ, ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ข๐ต ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ป๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐ต๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ค๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ญ ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐ค๐ญ๐ฐ๐ด๐ช๐ฏ๐จ,โ she recalls. โI was devastated.โ

That moment of resonance became her next step.
In 2016, Nuala completed her Relax Kids training, and by October 2017, she had launched her first small community class. What started as a side hustle quickly blossomed into her full-time calling.

Today, Nuala is living her best life, guided by the magic of the 7 Steps โ and a deep belief that wellbeing is for every child, no matter their background, needs, or experience.
