🔥 Sharing around the fire and bringing intention towards our individual commitments for the year.
❄️ Taking a refreshing cold dip in the lough.
🌀 Ending with a guided sauna ritual by with specially chosen aromas and a towel waving session. A re-vitalising and rare experience, not to be missed!
