During pregnancy, a woman's body produces roughly 50% more blood and bodily fluids, which frequently leads to fluid retention (oedema), heavy legs, and puffiness in the ankles, feet, and face. A specialized prenatal lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle, rhythmic, and feather-light strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system. This manually moves excess fluid back into the cardiovascular system to ease painful swelling, flushes metabolic waste, and deeply relaxes the nervous system. I can treat clients after 13 weeks and before 38 weeks as long as we have consent verbal or written from midwife or doctor.
