When describing the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage, I often describe it as a relaxing but powerful treatment. The testimonials that I have shared this week have demonstrated the benefits experienced following a single treatment, though many have booked for follow up treatments. Follow ups are recommended seasonally, or more often to maintain the effects of the treatment. I don't tend to recommend sooner than 4 to 6 weeks as the benefits of the session continue for a number of weeks.

There has been great feedback from the Bodytalk Access course held last month and this is another opportunity to learn these amazing self care techniques with Conor. This was the first Bodytalk course that I completed on my Bodytalk journey and I highly recommend it to anyone as a proactive approach to self care for themselves and their families.
