One year ago, I had the most amazing opportunity to experience Peru. My time spent with beautiful people in the most spiritual of places, surrounded by the Apu, the sacred Andes Mountains that the Peruvians hold in deep respect.

I will never forget my time there and the beautiful people I shared the experience with - celebrating Samhain South American style.

This year, I will be spending it at home with my awesome teacher, Benita Wolfe, celebrating the fire festival of Samhain at roottoriseyoga in Omagh.

💀SAMHAIN - ‘end of summer’ - Within every Ending is the Beginning, every Death, a Rebirth. Samhain is both the end and beginning of the cycle, it is the earth’s New Year, when mushrooms and spiders abound, the ravens circle the sunset skies, and the seeds of harvest ready for sowing. The veil is thin, our ancestors near, and life is settling in for the Dreamtime to re-emerge next Spring. 🕸🕷🕸

Join us for a celebration of what was, what is and what will come in the soft glow of candlelight, song, and the magic of letting go through gentle yoga movement, candlelight and the stillness of restorative yoga.

It will be a special evening for a few tricks and loads of treats. 🎃👻

🌀Expand your skills to intelligently support pregnant women in yoga.

🌀 Create the conditions for them to slow down, soften, and prepare their body, heart, and mind for birth.

🌀You will learn to hold the sanctuary for mamas to turn inward, attune to their innate wild feminine birthing wisdom, their growing baby, and nurture themselves as they grow towards birthing into motherhood.
