Often, life asks more from us than we would choose for ourselves or are willing or ready to give. We are presented with circumstances and situations that feel overwhelming, crushing, painful and downright hard. These times are not just sent to try us but to teach us, to push us out of our comfort zone, to stretch us beyond what we believe our limits to be.
The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are deep tools. Whilst they are extremely beautiful, stunningly so, don't be fooled into thinking that they are just that, pretty ornaments. These bowls sound AMAZING that is true but, they are more than sound bath tools. The crystal alchemies are awakening tools and the bowls are living, crystalline beings. The alchemy blends will take you deeper and further than other sound experiences have before. They will shift things, you will feel the resonance of their vibration in every cell of your being. They will open your awareness in new ways and they will challenge you and stretch you in ways you wouldn't think possible.
These sessions will deepen and enrichen your practice. They will not only help you relax and settle deeply, they will help you release the conditioned patterns in your life and assist you as you re-member all those parts of yourself that you have lost along the way. Through regular practice, these bowls will give parts of you back to yourself. This is not just relaxation, this is sacred practice.
Each session is different, each group is different and, depending on the energy that is most prevalent in that moment, the bowls and the experience will be different each time.
