Last night was an absolute belter at Omagh Chamber of Commerce awards, I didnt win last night but to be honest, I was along side some seriously established businesses and I couldnt be more proud, I danced and laughed the whole night, best night out in a long time...

BUT, as I do, I like to keep it real, I wanted to share something with you. All week ive been so anxious and worried abouts the dress... it is FABULOUS and very me, also very enchanted moon, but I was worried its too much, that people would think that, like of all that going on the world its hardly important, but for me it was real, it took a week from me, but last night I chose me!! I embodied my inner elsa👸 lol and I owned that dress, and its funny I got soooo many compliments

The point is, no matter how small or how big it is, worry is real, and affects us all, no matter who we are or what we do it affects us all, but chose you, always chose you! Shine bright and let the word see who we really are, if they dont like it, thats on them!! I love everyone of you who has supported me, voted and nominated me, this has been the best experience of my life 🥹🥰

Ps, im tender today, the malibu hurts, so im off to get my halloween pjs 🤣🎃

🌙✨ A Little Update from Enchanted Moon ✨🌙

Well, sometimes life doesn't quite go according to plan! 💙

Unfortunately, things with our new premises haven't worked out quite as we'd hoped, and for now, Enchanted Moon finds itself without a little place to call home.

This does mean that our planned reopening and open day will no longer be going ahead.

As for what happens next? Honestly, I don't quite know yet! 🥹

For now, I've decided to take a step back, enjoy a little breathing space and see where life takes me.

For anyone holding an Enchanted Moon gift voucher, please don't worry. 💙 I'll be happy to arrange your outstanding treatments from my home, so please feel free to get in touch and we'll organise something that suits.

To every single person who has supported me, booked a treatment, sent a lovely message or simply cheered me on over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Enchanted Moon has been such a special part of my life, and I'm incredibly proud of everything it's been.

I'm not quite sure what the next chapter looks like, and for once, I'm perfectly happy not knowing. 🌙✨

Sometimes a change of plans turns out to be exactly what we needed.

❤️ JUST BE KIND. ❤️

It really isn't that difficult.

Being polite costs nothing. Being kind costs nothing. Showing someone a little understanding costs absolutely nothing.

We never truly know what another person is going through.

Every single one of us has our struggles, our worries, our heartbreaks and our battles. Nobody gets through life without facing something difficult.

And sometimes, when someone is trying their absolute hardest just to keep going, a little kindness or understanding can mean more than you'll ever know.

It doesn't have to be some grand gesture.

It can be as simple as replying to a message. Acknowledging someone who has reached out. Offering a helping hand. Checking in on someone. Saying thank you. Or simply treating another human being with a little respect.

Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.

There's enough hurt in this world without us deliberately adding to it.

We don't need to tear each other down. We don't need to destroy relationships, damage someone's livelihood or make another person's life more difficult than it already is.

And we certainly don't need to make someone feel small just to make ourselves feel bigger.

You can disagree with someone and still be kind. You can set boundaries and still be respectful. You can walk away from something without deliberately hurting another person.

Because kindness isn't about agreeing with everyone or allowing people to walk all over you.

It's about remembering that we're all human.

Life is hard enough. And for so many people, it's getting harder.

We need more compassion. More understanding. More people looking out for one another instead of looking for ways to bring each other down.

And most importantly, we need to teach our children that kindness matters. Not just through the words we tell them, but through the example we set.

Because the next generation is watching how we treat people.

Be the person who makes someone's day a little easier, not the reason it becomes harder.

You never know what someone is carrying behind a smile, a quiet voice or a simple "I'm fine."

And you never know when one small act of kindness might be the very thing that helps someone through their day.

Kindness is free. Compassion is free. Respect is free.

And in a world where so much comes at a cost, surely these are the things we should be giving away more freely.

🌙✨ ENCHANTED MOON IS BACK — OCTOBER 19TH ✨🌙

I’m so excited to finally say that Enchanted Moon will officially reopen from 19th October in our beautiful new home.

This new chapter is going to look a little different.

I’ll be returning on limited, part-time hours, something I’ve chosen very intentionally so that I can continue doing what I love while also keeping a healthy balance in my life.

I’ve already had so many messages and enquiries about appointments, which honestly means more than you know. 🥹 Unfortunately, with my hours being limited, I won’t be able to fit in as many appointments as I perhaps did before — so spaces may fill quite quickly.

But please don’t ever be afraid to ask.

I’m genuinely so excited for this next chapter.

Same Enchanted Moon.
A beautiful new space.
A slightly slower pace.
And a whole lot of magic.

See you from October 19th.

Just one tiny thing...

What if you changed just one tiny thing today?

Nothing dramatic. No new life plan. No pressure to suddenly become the best version of yourself.

Just one wee thing.

Maybe you say no to something you don’t really want to do.

Maybe you say yes to something you normally talk yourself out of.

Maybe you choose to rest without feeling guilty.

Maybe you swap the chocolate or crisps for some fruit.

Maybe you walk to the shop instead of driving.

Maybe you put your phone down for ten minutes, drink a glass of water, step outside, go to bed a little earlier, or finally do that tiny thing you’ve been putting off.

On its own, it might feel completely insignificant.

But tiny choices have a funny way of adding up.

One small decision can become a habit.
A habit can change how you feel.
And over time, all those tiny choices can quietly change your life.

You don’t have to fix everything at once.
You don’t have to overwhelm yourself trying to become someone new.

Just choose one tiny thing today that might make tomorrow’s you feel a little better. 🤍
