🌟 We’re Hiring – Two Exciting New Band 6 Opportunities! 🌟

We’re delighted to be expanding our therapy team at Rainbow Hub and are now recruiting for:

🌈 Band 6 Occupational Therapist
🌈 Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist

These are both fantastic opportunities to join our new multidisciplinary therapy team. This brings a unique opportunity to shape and grow Rainbow Hub therapy services in our nursery and special school as well as developing independent services for families in the wider community.

We’re looking for people who are…

Passionate about working with children with additional needs
Kind, creative and child-centred in their approach
Confident working with complexity and variety
Great team players who enjoy learning and sharing ideas
Excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow services

💧 Every drop creates a ripple…

Just a few days into our and we’ve already raised £5️⃣8️⃣0️⃣

That may seem like a small drop towards our £250,000 target, but every pool starts with the first few drops of water. Every donation, every share, every conversation helps build momentum and brings us one step closer to making this life-changing facility a reality.

For the children and families we support, this pool will mean so much more than water. It will mean freedom, confidence, achievement and opportunities that many children simply can’t access elsewhere.

We’re not expecting the pool to fill overnight. This is a journey, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has taken those first steps with us.

Hosted by a group of our amazing Rainbow Hub Mummies, and very generously sponsored by Fletchers Solicitors this special event will help to raise vital funds to support children with disabilities and their families!

We're delighted that our trusted legal partners, CL Medilaw, are once again offering a Free Legal Clinic to support Rainbow Hub families.

Birth injury specialist Lucy Metters will be available to provide free advice and guidance to families seeking information about potential legal claims relating to pregnancy, birth, neonatal care, HIE, PVL, cerebral palsy, and other neurological conditions.

🌋🌈 What an incredible achievement! 🌈🌋

A huge THANK YOU to Ellen, who has successfully completed the challenging Acatenango and Fuego volcano hike in Guatemala – reaching heights of over 13,000ft! ⛰️💪

Before setting off on her South American travels, Ellen volunteered with Rainbow Hub and saw first-hand the difference our services make to children with brain injuries and other complex needs, and to their families. Inspired by the children and families she met, she chose to take on this incredible challenge to raise funds for Rainbow Hub 🌈🥰🌈

When we congratulated Ellen, she told us:
“It was amazing, and in the really hard times I just thought of Rainbow Hub!!” 🌈💕

We feel incredibly honoured that Ellen chose to take on this challenge for Rainbow Hub. To know that thoughts of Rainbow Hub helped her through the toughest parts of the climb is truly humbling. We are so touched to have played a small part in what will undoubtedly be one of the most incredible memories of her travels, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support ❤️
