This morning I had the pleasure of visiting Rainbow Hub for the first time ❤️

It was so lovely to receive such a warm welcome from the staff, and an honour to spend time with a lovely group of children and their parents and carers.

The little ones brought such wonderful energy to our relaxing session, where we explored the benefits of massage for children with additional needs 🤍

A special thank you to Non-Toxic Tallow Skincare and 🐻Bear and Bug🐞 Balm for supplying lovely products for the little goodie bags I put together.

Sometimes, the most wonderful things happen when people come together through a shared love of music, and that’s exactly what has happened with the incredible Lucy Thomas Official Fan Club 🎶 ❤ 🌈

Lucy Thomas has supported Rainbow Hub for many years, including performing at our Annual Ball, and it was this connection that inspired her fan club to choose Rainbow Hub as their charity. Since beginning their fundraising in Lucy’s name in September 2025, they have created something truly special 💫

In just over a year, they have raised an incredible figure of over £ 3️⃣1️⃣, 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ — and we honestly can’t put into words how grateful we are! 🎉🥳

What makes this even more special is that this wonderful community stretches across the world. 🌍 Members have supported Rainbow Hub in so many different ways, from fundraising challenges and donations to spreading the word and encouraging others to get involved. It’s lovely to see people from so many places come together through their shared love of Lucy to make a real difference.

And that difference is huge. Their fundraising can support five children at Rainbow Hub for an entire year, helping them access the specialist education, therapies and support they need to become more active, independent and confident, while supporting their families too.
We also want to say a very special thank you to Lucy herself. Lucy, your continued kindness, support and commitment to Rainbow Hub mean so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the donation you have committed to make through your Patreon membership 🙌

💚 A big thank you to Preston City Trampoline Club! 💚

Following the closure of Preston City Trampoline Club, due to the retirement of Head Coach and Co-Founder Colin Robson, we have been delighted to receive a wonderful donation of soft play equipment and trampettes for the children at Rainbow Hub.

Whilst the closure of the club will undoubtedly be sad for many, it’s lovely to know that some of its equipment will continue to make a difference, supporting children’s movement, play and development here at Rainbow Hub! 🌈

As you can see, the children are already making great use of it!
