For me September always starts with a few busy weeks of Birthdays along with the back to school/college, and new start reset. This year next week brings my daughter’s 18th Birthday and lots of celebrations so sound baths are limited towards the end of the month.

I’ve been at a festival this weekend so I’m a few days letting getting this out. Anyway the dates for this months sound baths are;

Wednesday 12th ~ New Moon Soundbath in my garden
room 🌙 7-8:15pm

Saturday 22nd ~ St Michael’s church Hall 7-8:15pm

Friday 28th ~ Full Moon Soundbath in my garden
room

The sound bath in St Michael’s Church Hall will be on 18th July 7-8:15pm ✨

Mays sessions were just gorgeous, set amongst the trees the sound of the birds in the evening and the rustling of the branches all added to the deep relaxation. 🌳🐦‍⬛

Happy Ta**us New Moon 🌙

So you may have noticed a little change on my profile ✨ For a little while now I’ve been thinking about changing my profile and today I thought would be a good time.

Under this new moon we are given the energy to slow down, to root and look inwards so that we can accept ourselves as who we truly are.

So this Ta**us sun here ☀️ has decided that today, after spending many months coming back home to myself, I’m going to rise up and remember that I’m a bull and not a cow 🐂 I’m here to take up some space and show up just as me 💛

Looking forward to what this new era brings…I’ll hope that you’ll stick around to see 💛✨

🌸May Blessings 🌸

As we step into May I’ve decided to change my spundbaths slightly and move into something that is more aligned with me and how I want to show up to the world.
I am no longer holding sound baths at Aughton Wellness but going forward I am going to hold more in my garden room. Those of you who have already been for treatments will know how much my hideout reflects who I am. And the walk up the garden through nature sets the mood for your treatment or sound session.

It only holds 4/5 people for a sound bath so they are much more nurturing. I’ve popped one date on for now and will be putting more on through the month.

However, if you have a group of friends and would like a small cosy soundbath daytime or evening send me a message and I can sort out a time ✨
