NEW Monday morning yoga class in Ormskirk 🧘

I’m Jenna, a local Kundalini Yoga teacher, and I’ll be teaching a weekly Monday morning class at The Yoga Space Halsall

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of breathwork, repetitive movement, meditation and mantra, with many of the practices seated.

The class is beginner friendly and you don’t need to be particularly experienced with yoga. It’s a lovely way to clear your head, move your body and start the week feeling a little brighter.

✨ Mondays, 10–11am
📍 The Yoga Space, Halsall
🤍 All bodies welcome

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but haven’t quite found a style that feels like you, you’d be very welcome to come along! Everything you need for your practice is provided.

We’re going back for Winter Solstice! 🤍

Winter retreat days at Monks Cottage are some of my favourites, and this one falls at such a special point in the year. ✨

Sunday 20th December. Winter Solstice, just before Christmas, when the year is almost done and the light is beginning its slow return.

A whole day tucked away from the busyness of December to give yourself the gift of peace

We’ll have a gorgeous cosy yoga practice, lunch around the table, cacao, Christmas crafts, time to explore the gardens and a dreamy sound bath to finish.

A little space to reflect on the year that’s been, enjoy where you are and step into the season ahead feeling full rather than frazzled 🕊️

Mats, blankets and eye pillows are all provided. Come comfy!

One of my Monks guests described it as “one day that felt like a full holiday” and I still think that sums these days up perfectly

Less doing, more being 🤍

This is what my practice looks like

Yes, there’s yoga, quite a lot to be fair. But there’s also good food, being outside, BEING with the ones I love, little rituals, proper rest and the occasional nappuccino (Liams word which is now part of my personality 😂)

I don’t just want to DO yoga, because yoga is in all parts of my life, the way I treat myself and others.

More presence. More joy. More of the good stuff.

And if this is your kind of yoga, I reckon you’re my kind of people 🤎

Practising what I preach for a few days 😉

I’m taking a little time away from work, messages and the usual day to day to go inwards. Time for my own practice, time in nature, time to rest, reflect and just be where I am for a few days 🫶

We’re heading towards September, a 9 month in numerology, carrying the energy of completion, reflection and making space for what’s next. And that feels particularly fitting right now ☺️

There are so many lovely new things coming, and before I step into all of that, I want to take a moment to appreciate what’s already happened, what I’ve learnt, what I’m ready to leave behind and what I want to take forward with me ✨

So, I’m disappearing for a few days 🌳

Everything you need is in the slides, my bio or over on my website, and you can still book your mats while I’m off doing absolutely no admin whatsoever ☺️

Back Friday, feeling fresh and ready for a gorgeous weekend together 🤍 x
