If you’ve found yourself looking at the calendar and realising the year is disappearing at full speed, this is your invitation to put something really special in it that’s just for you.

Think Practical Magic 🪄just with more yoga, sound baths and waterfalls!

There is something so enchanting about stepping away for a few days with a group of wonderful women. It’s hard to explain the feeling.
Long conversations.
Plenty of laughter.
Soul nourishing food.
Gentle yoga & Meditation.
Time to rest. Time to think. Time to just be.

And all of it held within the most whimsical home, tucked away in the Cumbrian countryside, complete with waterfalls, woodland, sauna, hot tub and crackling fires.

This year we’ve added a few extra treats too. Our private chef Carmel .hemp.chef will be keeping us wonderfully well fed, and for those wanting to sink even deeper into relaxation, Charlotte will be offering deeply restorative chakra aligned treatments throughout the weekend.

November Nest isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about a few days where nobody needs anything from you where you can really be looked after and connect deeper.

I’m so excited to be returning to the beautiful Monks Cottage for a retreat day in this very special space 🏡

If you’ve been before, you’ll know just how magical it feels here. A 900 year old cottage, once home to meditating monks, with the most peaceful, grounding energy. The cottage gardens feel a little bit Alice in Wonderland with beautiful flowers, winding paths, beehives, chickens wandering around and little corners to sit and just be 🐓🐝🍄🌳

This day will gently explore the energy of the solar plexus, often known as the sun centre of the body☀️. In yoga traditions, this space is linked with confidence, vitality, self trust and that feeling of being connected to yourself.

Together we’ll gently light up that inner spark through movement, deep rest, nourishing food, creative rituals and soothing sound healing. 🎶✨

Think slowing down. Switching off for a little while. Good food, lovely people, time outdoors, creating, moving, resting and leaving feeling just that little bit lighter 😌
