During our Celebration Wellness Days, our generous platters are full of seasonal colour and flavour, styled with fresh herbs, blooms and foliage from The Scented Garden itself! 🌿🌸

Lunch is shared around the table, slow and sociable… with tea and coffee flowing all day and homemade cake served at teatime... 🍰🫖

Join us on Wednesday 1st July 6.30-8.30pm for a beautiful evening of connection, reflection, rhythm and relaxation 🤍

Hosted by Selina Theakstone and Jeremy Timm, this special event will include a centring cacao ceremony, embodying breathwork, silent meditation, a group drumming circle and a restorative sound bath!

Whether you're completely new to these practices or have experienced them before, this promises to be a truly uplifting and memorable evening in the peaceful surroundings of The Scented Garden 🌿

If you have your own shamanic drum, please do bring it along. If not, drums and beaters will be provided.

£25 per person, with all profits supporting special needs children in rural Kenya 💛
