I’ve been a little quieter than usual lately.
No, I haven’t just been sat in the sunshine eating cake… although there has been a little bit of that. 😊

Life became unexpectedly busy, and then something rather magical happened.
I’ve spent the past week writing my third book.
It’s been one of those creative journeys that completely takes over your heart and mind, and before I knew it, the days had disappeared into words, coffee, notebooks, and ideas.

Sadly, I can’t spend every week sitting in the sunshine writing books… although I suspect I’d be quite good at it!

So, with my notebook now open once again, my diary is ready for new, returning, and rescheduled appointments.

🤍 Congratulations Brenda, Lydia & Sally 🤍

After a challenging week, I found a little peace, happiness and normality stepping back into the Angel Room and doing what I love most, teaching.

What a lovely weekend we have shared together.

Over two days we explored Crystal Healing for Angelic Reiki, learning how crystals, colour, intuition and energy can work together to enhance healing practice.

My lounge became our practice space as we worked with healing layouts, crystal placement, colour therapy, sound healing and energy awareness. We even spent time exploring sound and vibration through the instruments, which brought plenty of fun, laughter and some powerful experiences.

Watching students grow in confidence is always one of my favourite parts of teaching. There is something very special about seeing people move from learning techniques to trusting themselves.

The energy throughout the weekend was lovely. There were moments of learning, moments of healing and plenty of laughter along the way.

A special thank you to Rob, who spent the weekend keeping us all fed and watered while we got on with the important business of crystals, healing and learning.

And of course, a mention must go to Grace and Holly, who were completely convinced they were in charge all weekend. Whether they were supervising from the lounge or snoozing underneath the therapy couch when they were allowed, they made sure every healing session met their exacting standards. 🐾

Break times were equally important. Grace especially loved the garden sessions and was delighted whenever the students participated in the highly technical ball-throwing section of the course. 🎾

Thank you Brenda, Lydia and Sally for trusting me with your learning and for making the weekend such a pleasure to teach.

This little corner of the garden has become something I didn’t realise I needed.

A place where Jane can simply be Jane.

Not the healer.

Not the wife.

Not the carer.

Not the daughter.

Not the mother.

Just Jane.

Sitting quietly with a cup of tea and a biscuit listening to the birds, watching the flowers grow, and remembering that sometimes it’s okay to put all the other hats down for a while.
