Ready to hit the reset button on your nervous system? Join us this Monday, 8th June at 7:30 PM for a beautiful evening of deep relaxation at Sancta Bookshop & Café.
✨ What to expect: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a Sidereal Moon gong, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic drums. These soothing sounds help calm the mind, relieve stress, and guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.
🧘 What to bring: Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided! Just bring your favorite pillow and anything else you need to stay cozy.
☕ Timing: Doors open at 7:10 PM.
