Our founder Jen Nevin Wellness has been sharing weekly Yoga classes in Baildon for over 7 years?

A lot of people are surprised to learn that this gentle evening class has quietly been supporting local people to slow down, reconnect and find a little more ease each week since 2019.

Join Jen for Yoga Medicine on Mondays at 6pm at St John’s Church, Baildon.

Think gentle Yin Yoga, Reiki, rhythmic drumming, oracle cards, Koshi chimes and seasonal earth-based practices.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

The last few weeks have been beautiful 🥰 Classes have been filling, the yurt has been full of connection, rest, laughter, sound, stillness and community… and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for every single person who has walked through the door.
