Join Mike at Heather Yoga for an immersive 90-minute exploration of vibration and stillness.

We begin by opening the heart through the ancient practice of Mantra, using our own voices to clear stagnant energy. From there, you will be bathed in the restorative frequencies of a Sound Healing session, allowing the mind to drift and the nervous system to reset.

A little celebration post from us at Anama 🌿✨

The last few weeks have been beautiful 🥰 Classes have been filling, the yurt has been full of connection, rest, laughter, sound, stillness and community… and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for every single person who has walked through the door.
