I teach regular weekly classes in East Devon at various venues in the Otter Valley. Qualified to junior intermediate level three within the Iyengar system, and having sixteen years of regular teaching experience. I aim to provide friendly, fun, and accessible classes. Whilst still paying full respect to the rigorous and effective teaching methods as embodied within the Iyengar teaching method. Cla

sses are focussed on correct alignment, extension, and precision work. In order that overall flexibility, strength, and posture be improved. And thereby allowing safe work towards, and attainment of, the classic health giving yogasana. I teach three levels of class, so that all students can make progress effectively and safely. Beginners - for those with little or not experience of yoga. General level - for people who have more experience - usually at least one years regular practice. Intermediate - for students with at least three years experience of Iyengar Yoga.
