Aerobics - Oxenhope community centre Wednesday 7.00pm
Bootcamp - Oxenhope Friday 9am
Personal training also available on request.

Different spine on tonight's class. 🤩

Strength training. Loved it and great feedback. From the research I have done, I'm hoping it will help those of us ladies of a 'certain age', to improve muscle strength and prevent the achy bod carry on. Will try it out with my Bootcamp lot tomorrow.

Well we have had all weathers today, strong winds, snow, hail and sunshine but it's definitely ffffffrrrrreezing cold.
What a great way to warm up at my class tonight.
