The high drama aspects of separation and divorce might not be as bad as the long slow death of your relationship.

That period of time when you know - KNOW - it’s dead, and yet you continue to live, like a ghost, within the systems you created out of love and unity.

It’s a horrible, hopeless time. And yet, it is still something that needs to be let go of and grieved after separation and divorce.

It can also be incredibly disorienting to emerge from that life into an unknown one, that for all its possibilities and potential, feels scary and unsettling.

If this is you now, then there is a link in my bio to book a free call with me in which you can share your story and learn what might help to settle and steady yourself as you move into your next chapter.

I work with men and women navigating separation and divorce. We use body-led practices to settle the nervous system, feel what needs to be felt, and find the strength and steadiness to move on.

You get an explanation for their behaviour…and then what? You suddenly feel ok?

Labels, explanations…they can only go so far (and they can only be loose diagnoses anyway).

So what else do you need?

For me, it was being able to put all the questions, analysis, thought loops down…and come back to myself.

Moving my body, using breath to find calm, spending time in the uncomplicated quiet wisdom of my ever-present body.

Quiet. Stillness. Presence

Can one person be entirely responsible for a relationship breaking down?

If you have had a relationship with someone who lies, gaslights, belittles, and refuses to engage with facts and commonly observed truths, then you will know how hard it is to live in an age where we are meant to explore, analyse and own “what we brought to the equation”.

If you can relate, and still feel confused and lost as a result of the relationship, then let’s talk. Link in my bio for free call.

Hey. Life is long. Bad stuff happens. Your “best self” is the one who steadily walks forward, despite it all.

No makeover needed. No transformation necessary.

Life loses its structure when you’re going through separation and divorce.

Your home is gone - or feels very different. Your routines are changed or changing. You might be living all over the place. Your social circles are shifting - closing down and opening up.

It’s messy.

This isn’t something many of us can avoid. We have to move through it with as much grace as we can muster.

If life is upside down for you right now, let’s talk. I can help you find some steady ground within yourself while the outside world catches up.

We live in a quietly toxically positive culture where difficulties are too readily re-packaged up as opportunities for personal development or radical life advancement.

But we need to feel our feelings. We are meant to. We are designed to. In fact, being able to be with our feelings is the thing most likely to lead to true, sustainable growth.

If you’re in the thick of things with your divorce or separation - or perhaps you’re further down the line but still struggling to process what happened, I can help.

I show people how to use movement, breath work, and meditation/visualisation - crucially not more thinking or taking it through - to re-find themselves, and some steady ground, after separation and divorce.

I’m starting a new group for people going through this phase of life - a nurturing space to help each other move on.

Not every divorce needs to become a “before and after” story.

Sometimes, getting through it is enough.

Not every ending arrives to transform you into a brand new person, launch a glow up, or reveal your “best life”. Sometimes it’s simply a painful, difficult chapter in a much longer, richer life.

The pressure to turn heartbreak into a reinvention can make people feel like they’re somehow failing if they’re tired, grieving, angry, relieved, numb, or just… surviving.

But survival is not small.

You are allowed to let this be a bump in the road - not the defining story of your entire existence.

Your life is bigger than this chapter.

And slowly, quietly, steadily, there will be more life beyond it.

If you want support finding calm and steadiness through separation or divorce - using body, breath, and meditation, not endless talking or overthinking - book a call with me.
