📝 A clear plan of action to clear the overwhelm and get the most out of your session
⏰ Short bursts of time that fit your lifestyle
10 mins daily or
20 mins every other day or
30 mins 3 x a week or ….
👉Motivation (or just ditch the overthinking)
There will always be other things on the to do list and people who need you
YOU need you too. You matter. Stop finding the reasons NOT to do it. Get it done and you will feel RADIANT after and everyone will see that.
