Add a little zing to your salads.

If you like bold flavours, this Tangy Tomato Dressing is a lovely one to try. It’s quick to make, full of flavour and takes just a couple of minutes to prepare.

At only around 7 calories per serving, it’s a simple way to brighten up your salads without adding lots of extra calories.

The tomato and smoked paprika give it a rich Mediterranean-style flavour, making it perfect with fresh salads, crunchy vegetables or grilled dishes.

Small additions like this can make such a difference. When your meals taste good, it becomes much easier to stay consistent and enjoy the journey.

If you give this one a try, let me know what you pair it with. I always enjoy hearing your ideas. 💙

Big flavour, very few calories.

If you enjoy something a little tangy on your salads, this Mustard & Balsamic Dressing is a lovely one to try.

It takes just a couple of minutes to make and adds plenty of flavour without adding lots of extra calories. At only around 8 calories per serving, it’s a simple way to keep meals interesting while staying focused on your goals.

I always encourage my clients to experiment with little additions like this. When your meals taste good, it becomes much easier to stay consistent.

This dressing works beautifully with rocket leaves, crunchy salads or roasted vegetables and can even be used as a light marinade.

If you give it a try, let me know what you pair it with. I’m always looking for new ideas to share. 💙

It’s hard to believe we’re already three months into the year. But those months haven’t been wasted. They’ve given you experience, lessons and a chance to understand what works for you and what doesn’t.

And the good news? You still have nine whole months ahead of you.

Nine months to make changes.
Nine months to build new habits.
Nine months to start feeling like the best version of yourself again.

So let me ask you…

✨ What would you love to achieve by the end of this year?

💡 Feel healthier and more energised
💡 Lose weight and feel comfortable in your clothes again
💡 Build confidence and start putting yourself first

With the right structure, encouragement and support, those things are absolutely possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.

If April feels like the moment you’re ready to begin, I’d love to help you take that first step. 💙

A simple dressing that adds flavour without the extra calories.

Sometimes it’s the little things that make healthy eating easier to stick to, and a good dressing can completely transform a salad.

This Apple Cider Vinaigrette is one of my favourites because it’s quick to make, full of flavour and incredibly light.

It takes just a couple of minutes to prepare and works beautifully with crunchy slaws, leafy salads or even drizzled over roasted vegetables.

At only around 4 calories per serving, it’s a great way to add flavour while still keeping things balanced and on track.

I always say that healthy food should still taste delicious, and simple recipes like this make it much easier to build habits that last.

If you give it a try, let me know what you pair it with. I love hearing your ideas. 💙

Ever finished a big meal… and somehow still found room for pudding? 🍰

You’re not alone, and it’s not just about willpower. There’s actually a bit of science behind it.

Our bodies send signals from the stomach, hormones and the brain to tell us when we’re full. But the brain also has a reward system that responds to foods we really enjoy, especially sweet things.

So even when you feel comfortably full, your brain can still say… “a little dessert would be nice.”

It’s a fascinating reminder that our relationship with food isn’t always as simple as hunger and fullness.

Understanding how these signals work can really help when you’re learning to make new choices and build healthier habits.

I’m curious…

👉 Have you ever been completely full but still managed to find space for dessert?

Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

A little reminder… drink more water.

It sounds simple, but staying hydrated makes a bigger difference than many people realise.

When I’m working with clients, one of the first things we look at is how much water they’re drinking each day, because it supports so many important things in the body.

Why your body needs water:
• Supports metabolism
• Helps regulate body temperature
• Aids digestion
• Supports concentration
• Helps reduce fatigue

A simple daily guide:
• Aim for around 2 litres per day
• Drink more if you’re active or in warm weather
• Spread it evenly across the day
• Pale straw-coloured urine usually means you’re well hydrated

When you don’t drink enough you might notice:
• Headaches
• Low energy
• Poor focus
• Increased hunger signals
• Darker urine

Sometimes what feels like hunger is actually thirst, so keeping your water intake steady can really help you stay on track.

If drinking more water is something you struggle with, I’ve got lots of simple tips that can help. Just ask. 💙

A simple way to add flavour without the calories.

One thing I always say is that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Sometimes the difference between a plain salad and a delicious one is simply the dressing.

This Low-Calorie Salad Dressing is quick to make, full of flavour and takes just a couple of minutes to prepare.

At only around 2 calories per serving, it’s a great option when you want to keep things light but still enjoy your food. It works beautifully over fresh salads and can even double as a light marinade.

Little ideas like this make it easier to keep meals interesting while staying focused on your goals.

If you try it, let me know what you pair it with. I always enjoy hearing your ideas. 💙
