It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Best of Scents, effective 16th December. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down our operations and bring an end to a chapter that has been so meaningful to us and to you, our valued customers.
Since our founding, it has been our pleasure to bring you sanitiser products that you needed to the finest fragrances and create memorable experiences through scent. Your support has meant the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful for the loyalty you’ve shown over the past years.
It is an increasingly difficult climate for small businesses to succeed in the UK with high price rises on all of our raw ingredients, the cost of production, and ever evolving marketing landscapes which was the main channel of growth.
We’ve always had big ambitions to become a fragrance lifestyle brand, which didn’t sit right with a certain global company and made the journey even more challenging for us, so for now its time for us to regroup and see if we can find a way back bigger and stronger.
We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to be a part of your fragrance journey. It’s been an honour to serve you, and we are deeply appreciative of the trust and support you’ve given us over the years.
