Behind every successful care visit is careful planning, organisation and communication, and Nadine plays a vital role in making that happen every day.

From coordinating rotas to ensuring our care team is where they need to be, Nadine helps keep everything running smoothly so that our service users receive the support they need, when they need it.

One of the reasons Nadine chose We-Care is because we’re a family run business, where people are valued as individuals and supported as part of a close knit team.

As one of the three Directors of We Care Recruitment, Ezekiel has dedicated more than eight years to supporting elderly and vulnerable people across a variety of care settings.

His journey began through volunteering before progressing into frontline care roles, where he gained invaluable experience and developed a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.

Together with the other directors, Ezekiel helped establish We Care Recruitment with a simple vision: to provide compassionate, reliable and person centred support to those who need it most.

At We Care, we believe that great care is about more than meeting needs. It’s about building relationships, promoting independence, providing reassurance to families and ensuring every individual feels valued and respected.

With over 29 years of combined experience across our leadership team, we remain committed to delivering care with kindness, trust, respect and compassion.
