Rosebank is simply a home from home, we pride ourselves on our commitment to our residents and the levels of care that we provide. We want to see our residents happy and we want them to see Rosebank as their home, with their own front door. We have an open door policy and welcome any interested parties to drop by and take a look around, chat to the people that make up Rosebank life. Vanessa Lavender, Rosebankโ€™s Registered Manager, has many years of experience in this industry and loves leading the team at Rosebank. Vanessa and the team of cooks, care staff, gardeners, cleaners all make Rosebank a happy place to be. We also like to think we make a difference to the people's lives that we care for and give peace of mind to their relatives. Care Services

We offer a safe, comfortable, and happy environment, being cared for by experienced staff who work closely as a team with both residents and their families. We have high staffing levels at all times to ensure excellent quality care, which is carried out with particular attention to privacy and dignity. Staff training is a priority at the home โ€“ staff are actively encouraged to follow a comprehensive training programme so that they can best meet the individual care needs of the residents. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and motivated. They are well respected and actively supported by Jane and Vanessa to enable them to do their job in a warm and professional manner. Additional services

We are fortunate in having an excellent medical centre based in the village. We liaise closely with the GPs and the District Nursing team to provide close day to day cover. If needed we are able to arrange foot practitioner and physiotherapy services to our residents through local providers that we work very closely with. Hairdressing and manicure provision is a focal activity. We have access to churches in the local, and our Vicar visits us on a monthly basis so that residents can participate in a church service if they would like to. We welcome friends and family visits, we operate a booking system through Lifestyle to make this a really easy and straight forward process for everyone, we all love a visit! We have a special bath that aids bathing for those with mobility issues which can be used by residents as and when this is needed. The passenger lift can accommodate wheelchairs.

๐Ÿท๐ŸŽญ A fairy-tale afternoon at Bush Club! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’›

We had a wonderful time visiting our friends at Bush Club today! We were treated to an excellent performance by the children of Bampton C.E. Primary School, who brought Roald Dahlโ€™s The Three Little Pigs to life. ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ“š What a fantastic job they did! A huge well done to all the children for entertaining us so brilliantly. ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ

After the performance, we enjoyed some friendly competition over a few games of cards! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ˜Š It was lovely to spend time together, share some laughter and strengthen our connections with the wonderful people in our local community.

A big thank you to Bampton Primary School and everyone at Bush Club for making us feel so welcome. We always love getting out and about, building friendships and being part of village life here in Bampton. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿก

A Very Special Moment for Premium Care Group โ€“ Our Very Own Channel 5 News Hero of the Week.

We are incredibly proud to share that our Head of Marketing, Kate Wyatt, has been named Channel 5 Newsโ€™ โ€˜Hero of the Weekโ€™

Kate received this wonderful recognition for the extraordinary difference that she makes to her local community in Pulborough through her dedication in bringing people together, supporting older people and helping to tackle loneliness and social isolation.

Premium Care Group were delighted to welcome the Channel 5 News team to The Anchorage Care Home in Pulborough to celebrate this special achievement.

We were thrilled to welcome Mrs Sam Copus, Headteacher of St Maryโ€™s C of E Primary School, alongside some of the wonderful children involved in our Premium Care Groupโ€™s โ€˜Through the Eyes of a Childโ€™ programme, an intergenerational initiative founded by Kateโ€™s 11 year old daughter, Daisy Bell.

The children visit our residents regularly in all 10 Premium Care Group Homes and are always welcomed with open arms. These visits bring so much joy, laughter and companionship to our residents, creating genuine friendships between generations. It is genuinely heartwarming to see the difference these special connections make to our residents and the children alike.

We were also delighted to welcome Lynn Richards from the Pulborough & District Community Care Association (PDCCA), a local charity supporting older and vulnerable people through community services, including its befriending programme, which Kate and Daisy are both actively involved in.

Lynda Vowles from The Mary How Trust also joined us, a wonderful local charity dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing. Premium Care Group works closely with the Trust, supporting one another's initiatives and sharing a commitment to making a positive difference within our local community.

It was such a special occasion, celebrating not only Kate's achievement but also the wonderful friendships, partnerships and community connections that mean so much to us all.

From everyone at Premium Care Group, congratulations Kate. We couldn't be prouder.
