At first glance this is 'just' spinach growing, but when you look closer you will see the beauty of nature's geometry 💚

It's unfolding, spiraling, so each leaf has its space to grow 💚

It's full of nutrition and it looks beautiful, food for your body and soul 💚

Sacred geometry is everywhere in nature, go and take a look!

See the patterns, nothing is created by accident and that's why nature will always win, will always come back and will look after you, so make sure you do your bit to look after it 💚

This spinach is grown by my daughter in her garden and will taste amazing because even more love has been poured into its growing 💚

No one seems to be able to tell me much about them, yet they existed 🧙

They are marked in a beautiful area, full of BIG energy, water and music from the university 🎶

Out to Joy between the massive rain showers.....

I've had to tie some windows with garden string because they kept blowing open 🌬

Wood has to be one of the trickiest materials to work with because just last week, they were a bit hard to open in the heat 😬

But there is always some kind of fix 🧶🤣

So here is Joy today, basking in a brief bit of sunshine, showing off her colours 🩷💚

I've had a great week with the hares - these are just a tiny example, more to follow 💚

They get harder to see at this time of year, but you will still see them if you know where to look and take it slow 🩷

Back in my favourite forest today 💚

A month ago there was a carpet of beautiful bluebells 💙
And now a beautiful, full on floor of ferns 💚 they'll be even taller soon and it will feel different again.

This ancient woodlands really does feel magical and is like a labyrinth when you first come here. Almost like it wants to check you belong!

The ground is so soft, and welcoming, great for taking your shoes off for a good bit of barefoot grounding 👣💚

At some point the weather will be perfect for me to paint some more Joy and get furniture in 🩷💚
