It's a lovely but chilly morning in Padbury with some glorious sunshine. Spring is almost here! If you're feeling this winter is going on for ever and your energy levels are a bit low, why not give yourself a treat and book an Indian head massage with me in Rae's studio at the Yoga Garden Sanctuary in Padbury. A 50 minute massage costs £40 (upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and head) and is carried out in a seated position. A lovely warm studio and a warm welcome. We say goodbye to January and for many I know it is challenging and so I thank you with all my 💖 for your unwavering support, laughter and after yoga tea chats. It has been wonderful to see old faces and meet new this year. I just love the buzz that you all bring to The Sanctuary.

February is a month of more wonderful classes, a face yoga workshop and a yoga supper social.

Introduction to Face Yoga with on Wednesday 7th February 7-8.30pm. A workshop introducing you to face yoga massage - exercises , tips and techniques. With much pulling of face and laughter. We can fit in another 2 if you are interested.

Yin Yoga and Supper on Wednesday 28th 7-10pm Our evening is at a beautiful manor house and the food prepared by a private chef. This is indeed a special evening . We have 1 space available.
