This September marks the 50th anniversary of Todd's Pharmacy.
We are going to celebrate the occasion on Friday 25th September with a coffee morning at the shop in aid of Macmillan.
We welcome all our customers old and new, to come and enjoy this special day. As you will be aware, our beloved Ian Todd passed away last year, but he will always be with us and he would have been proud to see us celebrate this day.

Please note that refreshments and cakes etc. will be available from 10am. 🙂

The NHS online booking system for the Meningitis B vaccine has gone live this morning for students starting university for the first time this year.
You can book using:

Book, change or cancel a MenB vaccination appointment online.

We will be offering the NHS Meningitis B vaccines to eligible individuals. The NHS online national booking system goes live from Monday 13th July with appointments available from Tuesday 21st July or you can contact us directly on 01282 771426 to book an appointment.
We will also be accepting walk-in patients Tuesday to Friday each week from the 21st July.

Please help us keep emergency care for those who need it most. Our Emergency Department is currently seeing an increasing number of patients with very serious conditions.

The team is working tirelessly to provide care to everyone but right now, there are longer waits and crowded waiting rooms. We are sorry if you are impacted and appreciate your understanding.

If your condition isn’t life- or limb-threatening, there are other services that might be able to help you more quickly:
✅ Minor Injuries Unit – Acorn Centre, Accrington
✅ Urgent Treatment Centres – Burnley & Blackburn
✅ Local Pharmacies and GPs
✅ NHS 111 – Available 24/7 for advice and guidance

You can also make a big difference by helping someone who’s ready to leave hospital. If you know a friend or family member who is being discharged, could you help arrange transport? Every bed we free up helps another patient in need.

Look who's back! It's our Frances 🥰.
Frances has returned to Todd's Pharmacy as our services technician. Frances will be helping Ian to develop many services such as increasing our variety of vaccinations, blood pressure monitoring and many more to be announced.
We're sure many of patients have already seen or spoken to her on the phone.
Moving forward, Ian, Frances and the team will continue to work hard to strive to deliver the best possible service for Padiham.
