We are thrilled to have been selected to run the service at Gawthorpe and will give you regular updates as we get closer to the opening date.
Our menu will be a mini version of the mooch menu with some of your favourites available for take away, signature lattes, locally made ice cream, scrumptious cakes and homemade soups.
We will be open for breakfast (homemade porridge, granola bowls as well as sausage and bacon sandwiches) and lunches initially with plans to expand into early evening light meals once we get open fully next year. can’t wait to welcome you. Xx

🎉We’re thrilled to announce that the owners of Mooch café 87 in Padiham will be opening their second site here at Gawthorpe Hall, serving a range of hot and cold refreshments, light meals, ice-cream, snacks and confectionery.🎉
🥗 Already serving wholesome and hearty food in the centre of Padiham, they will trade under the name - Mooch Gawthorpe, initially opening their short-term pop-up café from July 2026, followed by a full launch early 2027.
☕ Mooch Gawthorpe will be located in the tea-room off the cobbled courtyard, next to the Great Barn.
🙌 We look forward to welcoming Alison and her team to Gawthorpe.
