This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and involves a weekly practice of dedicated time to you, your baby and some positive birth prep too!

🧘‍♀️ Why is relaxation so important in pregnancy? 🧘‍♀️

Pregnancy is a time of huge physical, emotional and hormonal change. Taking time to relax isn’t a luxury, it’s an important part of caring for yourself and your growing baby.

Relaxation can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, ease muscle tension and leave you feeling more prepared for birth.

It doesn’t have to mean hours of meditation. A few moments of deep breathing, listening to calming music, taking a walk, or attending a pregnancy relaxation class can make a real difference.

Because when you slow down, your baby benefits too. 💛
