“The old threads are unraveling,
Get your needles ready.
We are stitching a new quilt
of Humanity.”

We all know this is a time of great transition and as the collective shadow plays out we need more people to step into self leadership and own their magnificent light and shadow.

That is how you take your power back. When you own all parts of who you are. you become unf&ckwithable and your gifts unlock to weave your part of the tapestry humanity into form.

That is why I adore the ‘work’ I’m doing with my soul led clients. Facing yourself can be one of the hardest things you can do but once you get over the threshold there is no going back. The transformation is already at play.

My heart bursts with absolute JOY as I witness these powerful shifts unfold as my clients express those parts they’ve been hiding from themselves and others.

That’s what is needed now, expansion and growth. All of us owning the light and shadow within.

You will soften up, open up and up-level when you own all parts of you. So this post is celebrating all the amazing people keeping their hearts open while walking the way of the light and shadow.

Most people think transformation means becoming someone new but I believe transformation is remembering who you were before the conditioning, programming and imprinting.

The version of you that is self led, trusting, powerful, and free already exists.

The challenge is clearing away everything that isn't truly you.

The ideas, behaviours and beliefs that you've borrowed.

Through shadow work, entity and energy clearing, alongside deep inner exploration, we begin peeling back the layers.

✨ The people-pleaser.
✨ The perfectionist.
✨ The inner critic.
✨ The imposter
✨ The visibility wound

And underneath it all?

Your authentic self.

The self that no longer needs approval from others. The self that trusts its own inner wisdom. The self that feels aligned and free.

Do you ever wonder why you keep ending up in the same situations?

Looping the same relationships. The same struggles. The same self-sabotaging patterns.

It's not because you're broken.

It's because your subconscious mind is doing exactly what it was designed to do—keep you safe.

Your subconscious repeats what feels familiar, even when what feels familiar isn't serving you.

The problem is that you can't change a pattern you can't see!

Awareness is the first step to transformation.

Once you become conscious of what's driving your choices, you create the opportunity to choose differently.

That's where true change begins.

✨ A Little Reintroduction ✨

Hello lovely Facebook People 😊

It's been a while since I've shown up on this page, and I wanted to pop back in and say hello.

If you've been wondering where I've disappeared to, I haven't stopped working, I’ve just been doing a lot of it behind the scenes.

Over the past few years, I've been growing, learning, supporting clients, refining my work and purpose, and allowing my business to evolve in a way that feels more aligned with who I am today. I started my business in July 2011 and as I evolve and grow so does my business.

As part of that evolution, my business is no longer called The Inner Alchemist.

I'd love to introduce you to Fiona C Joy.

This change is about stepping more fully into myself and the work I do. I wanted my business to reflect me more authentically.

While things may have looked quiet on social media, there has been plenty happening in the background, and I'm excited to start sharing more with you again.

Whether you've been here since the beginning or you're just finding my page, thank you for being here. I'm looking forward to reconnecting, sharing what's next, and continuing this journey with you.

There was a time in my life when I felt so disconnected from myself and felt abandoned by source. Full of self-loathing, self disgust and harbouring deep pain and shame. It was a dark time.

Unresolved trauma and a lack of self awareness (as self protection) had led me to abandon myself to survive. Instead wearing a multitude of masks to armour myself as I tried to navigate the world.

It was an exhausting existence as my nervous system was so dysregulated and I had no idea how to get out of survival mode and had zero knowledge of the nervous system!

There wasn't the same access to information as there is today when I began my journey back to wholeness. It was around 22 years ago when I had my first awakening and I spent the following years trying to piece the parts together like a giant jigsaw. As well as navigating motherhood, marriage and divorce etc...)

I invested my time energy and resources into understanding the mind, body and spirit and trained in Yoga, Reiki, Coaching, Hypnotherapy (and more) trying to 'fix' my broken parts. I suppose on some level I viewed myself as a project that I had to heal.

Spoiler alert I found out I wasn't broken!

Instead I found that I was always connected to source and I had the ability to unlearn the old story and programmes that were keeping me looped in a disempowering story. I found my own way back to wholeness and welcomed back those parts that I had tried so desperately to avoid and disown.

This is why I am so passionate about being a guide to others during their darkest moments. I've been in the dark and I've faced my deepest shadows (and continue to do so!) I learned to embrace my light too and to take up space in the world. To allow myself to live and lead with my soul.

I never did have sisterhood or community though my darkest times and that is I why I'm committed to creating a community where people genuinely feel supported and connected.

Last night I was clearing out and reading my old journals and when I picked the first journal up and opened the page, it was the Ta**us new moon in May 2018. The second journal I opened up also landed on a page about Ta**us (I was learning astrology and journaling about my natal chart )

So what I hear you say! well it happens to be a new moon in Ta**us today 😆 I had to laugh at the synchronicity and took it as a little nod from my guides. 🤍

There are always signs everywhere if we slow down enough to listen. 👂
