This was taken just before I left for Bath last week. I’d had been under psychic attack for a few weeks and ended up in A&E. Little did I know it would lead to my biggest expansion and timeline leap to date.

Fast forward to today and with the help of I am cleared from the remaining entities and souls. In fact we cleared 53 souls from my field.

So yes I’ll be resting up tonight and allowing the transition to integrate.

I’ll be on Gemma’s podcast and YouTube channel in a few weeks time where we will share the full story including the importance of Jemima Puddle-duck 🤭

There was a time in my life when I felt so disconnected from myself and felt abandoned by source. Full of self-loathing, self disgust and harbouring deep pain and shame. It was a dark time.

Unresolved trauma and a lack of self awareness (as self protection) had led me to abandon myself to survive. Instead wearing a multitude of masks to armour myself as I tried to navigate the world.

It was an exhausting existence as my nervous system was so dysregulated and I had no idea how to get out of survival mode and had zero knowledge of the nervous system!

There wasn't the same access to information as there is today when I began my journey back to wholeness. It was around 22 years ago when I had my first awakening and I spent the following years trying to piece the parts together like a giant jigsaw. As well as navigating motherhood, marriage and divorce etc...)

I invested my time energy and resources into understanding the mind, body and spirit and trained in Yoga, Reiki, Coaching, Hypnotherapy (and more) trying to 'fix' my broken parts. I suppose on some level I viewed myself as a project that I had to heal.

Spoiler alert I found out I wasn't broken!

Instead I found that I was always connected to source and I had the ability to unlearn the old story and programmes that were keeping me looped in a disempowering story. I found my own way back to wholeness and welcomed back those parts that I had tried so desperately to avoid and disown.

This is why I am so passionate about being a guide to others during their darkest moments. I've been in the dark and I've faced my deepest shadows (and continue to do so!) I learned to embrace my light too and to take up space in the world. To allow myself to live and lead with my soul.

I never did have sisterhood or community though my darkest times and that is I why I'm committed to creating a community where people genuinely feel supported and connected.

Last night I was clearing out and reading my old journals and when I picked the first journal up and opened the page, it was the Ta**us new moon in May 2018. The second journal I opened up also landed on a page about Ta**us (I was learning astrology and journaling about my natal chart )

So what I hear you say! well it happens to be a new moon in Ta**us today 😆 I had to laugh at the synchronicity and took it as a little nod from my guides. 🤍

There are always signs everywhere if we slow down enough to listen. 👂

I’ve been absent from this page as I stepped back from social media but the good news is I’m now out of hibernation and getting my mojo back!🌈 I've been on a bit of journey the past 18 months as I faced another deep dive 🤪 and I’ll share some of the story with you over the coming weeks.

I’ve decided to start as I mean to go on and be much more visible, so I’ve challenged myself to post something every day on here to connect with you and I’m excited to share what I have planned. 💫

As you’ll know, I had to pause my membership launch in October, and I’ll be jumping on live over the next few days to chat about why I choose to pause and why now is the right time to bring it to life!

If you are familiar with western astrology, you may be aware that the North Node conjunct Aries today. Although I'm not an astrologer I have followed astrology for 28 years and have taken some courses, so I know my way around a natal chart and I always have astrological events in my diary! However, this time I had forgot that until last Friday when I channelled a message during a session with a client. I was guided by my intuition to check where Chiron was in her natal chart during the conjunction, with her consent I checked it and it linked directly to her past live wound she had healed through soul retrieval.

So, over the next few days you might find yourself facing some deep wounds that are looking for acceptance and integration. They will be different depending on our ancestry, souls path and natal chart. However, there is a clear message coming up this week around rejection and abandonment, a theme that runs in all of us to some level.

As humans we fear rejection and abandonment. We are literally wired for belonging and connection and lots of recent studies shows the impact of loneliness and lack of connection has on physical and mental health. This is one of the reasons we create the 'people pleaser' or ‘good girl’ to keep hold of that key relationship, friends group or job.

For me the people pleaser mask was such a challenge to keep off. Its literally taken years of reprogramming and healing my Chiron wound which is about being visible and using my voice. It got to the point I had to take time out to heal my throat Chakra (and my heart) as it had manifested itself into an autoimmune disease and recurring infections. Yes, the body really does keep the score.
Had I not decided to reject myself and my multi-faceted nature for the fear of abandonment, I might have avoided the physical manifestation of an illness. The invitation open to us all during this time is to connect with Chiron and lean into the wound. As painful as it might sound it will lead you to deep self-acceptance and that is where your power is. Be you and the world will simply adjust.
