✨Happy Saturday✨

Quite a proud moment as I’ve returned to running after 4yrs of doing zero cardio! I used to be a middle distance runner (only ever ran 800m - 2km)
I’ve managed to run my first ever 5k!! Feeling good about the baseline time, never imagined I would have been able to push myself for a 5km or that I would ever be able to complete one 😅 also I have a new watch and never knew how to stop the time 🤣
