We are all devastated by the fire that occurred last night at Langrove Health Club.

The club was open at the time, and above everything else, we are incredibly relieved and thankful that the building was safely evacuated before the fire took hold.

We have put a huge amount of blood, sweat and tears into building the club and making it what it is today. Seeing what happened last night was heartbreaking for all of us, and there have already been plenty of tears shed, with undoubtedly more to come.

We would like to say a massive thank you to the emergency services for their incredible response. Their efforts helped to contain the fire and protect the surrounding residential properties, and we cannot thank them enough.

We have also been completely overwhelmed by the number of messages of support we have received from our members, friends and the wider community. It means more to us than we can put into words.
Please bear with us over the next couple of days as we begin to assess the full extent of the damage and work through what comes next.

If you’re passionate about fitness, enjoy helping people achieve their goals, and thrive in a friendly community gym environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Role includes:
• Fitness consultations & programme support
• 1-to-1 personal training
• Leading motivating group fitness classes
• Supporting members on the gym floor

What we offer:
• £14 per hour

✨ Introducing Lizzy! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Lizzy, who will be covering Pilates classes on weekends where possible while our regular instructors are away.

Please note: some of our more specialised classes, including Barre and Cardio Beats, will be on hold until Sarah returns on 8th February.

The good news is we’ve still got a great variety of classes running throughout the week, and we’d love to encourage you to try something new! We’ll also be adding a few temporary classes to the timetable with some familiar faces to help keep you moving.

Here is a reminder of our opening hours this coming week. We will be back to normal opening from 5.30am until 9.30pm on Friday the 2nd, with our class timetable resuming from Saturday 3rd 💪

Just a quick notice to let you know that the club will be closing a little earlier tomorrow evening to accommodate our Club Christmas Party. We will be open as normal throughout the day, but will close at 6:30pm.

Normal hours will resume from Saturday. Apologies for any inconvenience.
