- bringing in the pelvic floor breath + focussing on the most effective moves!
â˘Functional Fitness (EveryTuesday@ 11:45am)
- 12 songs with a workout to each! Music + workouts change every 5-6 weeks!
A Mix of low-impact, high-energy workouts -from boxercise and cardio, to glute bands, core , strength, balance + more! Finishing both classes with a lovely relaxation đ§ââď¸. One incredible versatile class!!
Meet the instructor
Hey, Iâm Ella! Iâve been a Pt for 17 years and been in the fitness industry taking classes for 19 years.
Iâm a womenâs fitness Coach, Nutrition specialist, Pre+postnatal specialist and love helping women transform their bodies, improve their pelvic floor and core!
While keeping it low impact and focussing on longevity, Iâm passionate about showing you how fitness can be fun with my effective workouts to mood boosting music!
You wonât ever see a burpee in my class but you will always feel the burn đĽ in muscles you didnât know you had!
Outside of work, youâll find me at the beach or doing anything that boosts my health, wellbeing, and happiness â spending time with my boys and family, or cheering on my children at their sports! đ
Iâve overcome some major health and physical challenges in my life and Iove helping other women empower their bodies and do the same.
