Langrove Health Club is looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team.
If you’re passionate about fitness, enjoy helping people achieve their goals, and thrive in a friendly community gym environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Role includes:
• Fitness consultations & programme support
• 1-to-1 personal training
• Leading motivating group fitness classes
• Supporting members on the gym floor

What we offer:
• £14 per hour
• Free gym membership
• Free membership for a family member
• Private healthcare
• Company pension

Early mornings, evenings and weekend availability required.

✨ Introducing Lizzy! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Lizzy, who will be covering Pilates classes on weekends where possible while our regular instructors are away.

Please note: some of our more specialised classes, including Barre and Cardio Beats, will be on hold until Sarah returns on 8th February.

The good news is we’ve still got a great variety of classes running throughout the week, and we’d love to encourage you to try something new! We’ll also be adding a few temporary classes to the timetable with some familiar faces to help keep you moving.

Just a quick notice to let you know that the club will be closing a little earlier tomorrow evening to accommodate our Club Christmas Party. We will be open as normal throughout the day, but will close at 6:30pm.

Normal hours will resume from Saturday. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, and deeply passionate about helping others discover the strength, balance, and peace that yoga brings. My classes are designed for every body — blending mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to build resilience, enhance flexibility, and create calm amidst life’s busyness.

Each session offers a grounding, nurturing experience that leaves you feeling centred, strong, and at ease — both on and off the mat.

•Functional Fitness (EveryTuesday@ 11:45am)
- 12 songs with a workout to each! Music + workouts change every 5-6 weeks!
A Mix of low-impact, high-energy workouts -from boxercise and cardio, to glute bands, core , strength, balance + more! Finishing both classes with a lovely relaxation 🧘‍♀️. One incredible versatile class!!

Meet the instructor

Hey, I’m Ella! I’ve been a Pt for 17 years and been in the fitness industry taking classes for 19 years.
I’m a women’s fitness Coach, Nutrition specialist, Pre+postnatal specialist and love helping women transform their bodies, improve their pelvic floor and core!

While keeping it low impact and focussing on longevity, I’m passionate about showing you how fitness can be fun with my effective workouts to mood boosting music!

You won’t ever see a burpee in my class but you will always feel the burn 🔥 in muscles you didn’t know you had!

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the beach or doing anything that boosts my health, wellbeing, and happiness — spending time with my boys and family, or cheering on my children at their sports! 💖
I’ve overcome some major health and physical challenges in my life and Iove helping other women empower their bodies and do the same.
