This was the last time I watched Nikki play her bowls 🥺
I’m feeling her loss even more today but feeling blessed that I have so many videos and photos I can look back on and re connect with her presence. 😇
Grief doesn’t have an ending but there can be blessings a long the way. 💞

Just letting everyone know when my next session is. 🥰

All are welcome, but please contact me direct to book your place in advance🤩

I can’t take bookings on the morning as I’m at the hall early to set up and won’t have time to reply to messages.

The doors of the hall will be locked at just after 10.30 so please come early, chat with others and get cozy so we are all ready to start 🤩

What do you need to bring???

If you have yoga mat, air bed or old duvet to lay on that’s great or I do have some spare air beds but they get booked up fast (Contact me for availability) 🤩

Cozy blankets are essential and a nice soft pillow for your comfort. 🥰

Also a bottle of water for after the session as you will feel dehydrated, it also helps to wake you back up ready for your drive home 🤪

Then you just need a willingness to relax and enjoy your time in stillness 💜

Thursday mornings are for t’ai chi 🤩 and my Gong goes along too 🥰

Our view from the hall of the lovely tree on the village green changes as the seasons shift. 🌳

We have even done part of the class on the green 🤩
(with drivers passing giving us funny looks 😂)

Kim knows just how to push us out of our comfort zone which gives us lots of valuable life skills 🤪

The health and wellbeing benefits of t’ai chi are vast and too much to pinpoint in a sentence.

Its a feeling and it feels like home ❤️❤️❤️

We had the most wonderful evening at the Kirtan with Nitya Mukta and her talented musical friends. 🥳
We sang beautiful Sacred Mantras to connect with ancient Hindu deities 😇
The event was led in a completely heart-centred way with a group of over 30 people so it sounded amazing. 🥰

It takes place in Sancta bookshop & cafe in Otley usually once a month if anyone is interested. The venue is a little hidden gem just near the bus station. 🤩
They have a very old magical door leading into the studio space which feels like you are about to walk into a Temple 😇

The last time I went to one of these events I was with Nikki and she loved it, she was so giddy with all the energy in the room and really connected with the mantras. It was bitter sweet for me tonight because I missed her so much but I felt her presence with me the whole time
💞💞💞

I’m so glad I pushed myself to revisit even though I knew it could trigger me. 🥺
Thanks to the love of a very sweet friend I felt safe to feel whatever I felt and knew I had her support if I needed it.
