After my post yesterday about heart healing, grief and the challenges it brings, I felt drawn to share an example of some frequency music. 💚

Using headphones and laying down for at least 10mins will bring you some relief. As you listen to the music, using long, slow rhythmic breaths you will automatically slow the heart rate , blood pressure and become more in a peaceful state.
The breath is the most important element to calm the nervous system.

Grief comes in waves and they were crashing in today, to help me release. 🥰
Sometimes it’s the best thing to stop, take time and sit with yourself. We are are own best healer when we give ourselves the space we need to heal

The Red bowl links to the Root Chakra and resonates at the note C on the musical scale ❤️

I was using my tuner app and as the frequencies all blended together the overall note sat with F so it was a perfect combination to Ground the physical body, Heal the Heart and connect with Intuition. ❤️💚💜

Tonight’s oracle card comes from The Quantum Oracle Deck.
Nikki bought me these for Xmas a few years ago. It was a joy for her to give them as gifts. She had MANY sets herself of all different types of genres. I’m not saying she was addicted to them but Im sure she will have had over 25 decks 😂
She loved nothing more than getting the ‘cards out’ and seeing what messages they were bringing.
I’ve popped the meaning to this card in the comments but for me it’s just totally her smiling back at me 😇💞🌈

Just a little post before my head hits the pillow 🤪

I was gifted this gorgeous oracle card deck for my birthday from a wonderful friend 😘
So I pulled a card for all our Sisters of Sound followers 🥰

Sekhmet the lion headed goddess, daughter of Ra the Sun God was a warrior and healer all in one. To me that is the divine feminine in all her glory. 😇
The mother protects with an immeasurable force and heals with unconditional love. 💞
The Agate crystal family are all about protection but with Fire Agate it’s on another level. Burning away all that doesn’t serve us and bringing in healing and balance to the Root and Sacral chakras, especially the sacral, promoting creativity, inspiration and self appreciation.
We are beautiful inside and out, no matter of our physical form. 🥰
Bringing Love, Compassion and Joy to others helps us to bring it back to ourselves. 💞
