✨ Feeling good? It’s been a week of warm and nourishing practice, and lovely to see so many happy faces!

✨ Yoga isn’t about pushing or striving, it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are. Each week, each class, each breath can feel different. And that’s okay. That’s the practice.
