🌞 IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTICE 🌞

After a very long overdue and well-deserved family holiday, the owners of Inner Tiger Fitness will be taking some time away.

🐯The upstairs facilities will be closed from 7:30pm on Friday 12th June until 6:00am on Monday 29th June🐯

However Charlotte Edwards CJ Flow Wellness will still be open with access to all her clients through the side 24hr enterance. Please contact Charlotte directly regarding all appointments.

During this period:

✅ The 24/7 gym will remain open as normal – please continue to use the 24-hour access door to access the gym.

If you wish to attend a the gym on a day/week or monthly pay as you go basis then please either purchase at www.innertigerfitness.com BEFORE you enter the facility for insurance purposes.

📅 Classes will continue on a limited timetable. Please check the calendar on the app regularly for the most up-to-date class schedule over the next two weeks.

If you wish to attend a class on a pay as you go basis then please either purchase a class credit at www.innertigerfitness.com or bring the correct change. NO CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

❌ The upstairs area will be closed for all other services, including:
• Sunbeds
• Reception services

As reception will be closed, messages, emails and phone calls will not be monitored or answered during this time.

💻 Any new memberships can still be purchased online at

www.innertigerfitness.com.

As we are away, cleaning and maintenance checks may not be carried out as frequently as usual. We'd really appreciate your help in keeping the gym tidy by:

• Putting all rubbish in the bins provided
• Returning all weights and equipment after use
• Leaving the toilets clean and tidy for other members

Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation while we take a short break with our family. We hope you all continue smashing your training goals, and we look forward to seeing you all again on Monday 29th June.

🏐🌊 Exciting news! 🌊🏐

I’m incredibly proud to announce that CJ Flow Wellness is the Founding Sponsor and Official Recovery Partner of the newly formed Neyland Netball Club.

This partnership means even more to me because I’m not only supporting the club through my business, but I’ll also be taking to the court as a player and helping with coaching as we build something special for our community.

As a sports massage therapist, I understand how important recovery, injury prevention, and looking after our bodies are when taking part in sport. I’m excited to support the team both on and off the court throughout the season.

Grassroots sport plays such an important role in bringing people together, and I’m thrilled that CJ Flow Wellness can be part of the journey from the very beginning.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in getting the club up and running. I can’t wait to see what we achieve together. 💙
