I have had a wonderful weekend, doing a course with the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, studying pregnancy, birth and post-partum with the hugely wonderful midwife and osteopath Claudia Knox.

I feel so empowered in knowing how to help mums through their pregnancy, birth and afterwards and hope that I will be able to help any mums out there who need a little extra Osteopathic support.

25 years ago today, Jonathan and I qualified as Osteopaths from the British School of Osteopathy.

Where has the time gone???

I would like to thank all of our wonderful patients for having supported us over the years, and I hope that we are able to support you in turn over the next 25 years to come (granted I'll be about 75 years old by then!) 😁

This is why we at Penarth Osteopathic Practice have bought face flannels for patients to dry their hands on; they are used once, and then washed thoroughly at the end of the week.

Much better for the environment, AND much more hygienic too.
