Take a virtual tour of my clinic space... Holistic Therapies by Camille, Acupuncture and Massage Clinic, Penarth CF64 3DH 📍

I've had the pleasure of working in this beautiful spot since June '26. I love how spacious and airy this room feels. Sitting just below street level, I came across this lovely clinic room (in an old, grade 2 listed building) earlier this year. It was being used as storage for the dental practice above. It needed a lot of work and renovations, but I could tell there was endless potential 💗🏠

The building has character, the clinic space has character, all it needed was a dose of love!

If you have injured yourself, your body is processing that you go too far with that injured area, you may injure yourself again and therefore your body wants to stop you. It presents you with pain to slow you down and to make you back off from that movement. In this way, the body can get a little stuck in pain cycles...
