In the past the answer to this might’ve been feeling sad about not being able to have acupuncture. But no more! The frustrating ban on giving blood after having acupuncture is being lifted. Great news!

And a reminder to check your chosen acupuncturist is appropriately qualified. We are not all equal! Choose a practitioner who is degree level qualified.

Last night I hosted Leigh and his lovely dog Taco who are touring the UK coastline by trike raising money for charity. Leigh arrived with stiff back and shoulders so I offered him some acupuncture and cupping which helped loosen things up a treat.

Today I visited the Chinese Medicine section of Bristol’s botanical garden. I attended a course aimed at acupuncturists wanting to know more about Chinese herbal and dietary medicine. It was super interesting!
