What actually works for summer body fat 🔥

Most people come to us after months of training and eating well and the stomach or the flanks or the inner thighs have just not shifted. It’s frustrating because they’re doing everything right. The reason those areas aren’t moving is biological, not behavioural. Cavitation breaks down the fat cell using ultrasound, RF heats the tissue and tightens the skin above it, and lymphatic drainage helps the body clear what’s been broken down.
