Are you a tattooist/acupuncturist/beauty therapist/nail artist or similar looking for a private space to work from part time? I have space at my beautiful, special procedures licensed studio for someone to rent on a part time basis on the days when I'm not there. The space is empty Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays as well as evenings & I would love to see it getting used.

It is located on the top floor of Off Edge, in Station Approach, Penarth. A few seconds walk from Penarth train station and also benefits from free 1 hour parking below in the car park.

Are you a tattooist/beauty therapist/semi permanent make up artist or massage therapist (or potentially something similar) looking for a place to work from? As of 2026, I'm looking to rent out my studio on a part time basis on the days that I'm not there, and/or potentially evenings. Days could be arranged to suit you & you could come and go as you please.

It is a beautiful completely self contained space licensed for all special procedures. Private bathroom, private procedure space & a nice comfy warm reception area.

Located in Station Approach, Penarth, just next to Penarth train station. There is also free 1 hour parking just outside.

Fresh nostril (on the right in the picture) to match a well healed existing piercing on the left. We switched up the jewellery in the existing piercings & used some lovely striking, but quite neutral 5mm white synthetic opals in both piercings to create balance ☯️ Thanks for coming in!
