sat down to have a little rest as additional to the anxiety flare up I’ve a chest infection too 🤦‍♀️ and soon as I lay down a dragon’s eye appeared in my mind’s eye 🐉 with a strong urge to channel light language ✨

This dragon energy is becoming stronger and more frequent, and honestly… I LOVE it ❤️

I’ve welcomed it in, and I’m fascinated by the way it continues to show up, making itself known and felt more deeply each time 💥

There’s something incredibly powerful about surrendering to these moments and simply allowing the energy to flow ✨🐉💫

Of course I filmed it as it fascinates me and I’m developing this beautiful gift which takes dedication and time and CONFIDENCE 😬

And I know we’re all ready to get back to sharing IFR… so you must be ready to receive. 🤍

For anyone new to IFR, it is a unique format of Reiki and Sound Healing, created by Laura and myself.

IFR is deeply healing, both physically and emotionally. Our sessions are powerfully relaxing, deeply restorative and always interesting, as no two experiences are ever quite the same.

We have witnessed some huge shifts and beautiful changes in our clients, sometimes after just one session. ✨
