STALL HOLDER APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED ✨

Thank you so much for the incredible response to the Mindful Moments Events Holistic & Handmade Fair. I’m so grateful to every business that applied and excited to say that our event is now almost completely full. 🤍

Due to two changes in availability, I’m currently looking for:
🧁 One cakes, bakes or sweet treats business
🎶 One sound bath facilitator

The sound bath is planned for 4pm at the end of the event, allowing visitors and stall holders who wish to stay to enjoy a relaxing close to the day.

📍 North Lakes Hotel, Penrith
📅 Saturday 19th September 2026
🕙 Fair: 10am–4pm

Applications for all other categories are now closed. I'm manifesting cake 🙏🤣 if you know a cake maker or sound bath facilitator please tag them and share the post please ✨️🤍

If you’ve found me through mindful moments events… hello 👋

While events are a huge part of what I do, they’re actually just a part of the puzzle.

I’m also the founder of Mindful Moments Studio, where I create well-being products designed to help people slow down, reflect and find a little mindful moments in every day life.

I also create content for small businesses, helping them show up online with beautiful, engaging social media graphics.

Everything I do has the same purpose:

🤍 Creating spaces where people feel welcome

The response to this event has been incredible, and I can't thank you all enough.

With our first round of stallholders now confirming their spaces, there are only a small number of stalls remaining.

✨ Second round of applications will be reviewed this week, so if you've been thinking about applying, now is the perfect time.

As always, I'm looking to create the best possible mix of businesses to give visitors a wonderful day, so every application is considered carefully.

If you've joined this page recently after the move from Entwined Purpose, welcome! I'm Katie, the person behind Mindful Moments Events.

I'm passionate about creating welcoming events where people can discover amazing independent businesses, support local makers, connect with like-minded people and simply slow down for a few hours.

If you've ever organised an event, you'll know there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes, but seeing people leave smiling makes every late night and endless to-do list worth it.

A small update for businesses... ✨

The response to our first round of applications has been incredible – thank you! 🤍

We're now opening a second round of applications for the few remaining stall spaces at our Holistic & Handmade Fair on Saturday 19th September.

These spaces are extremely limited and will be reviewed week commencing 20th July, once our first successful applicants have confirmed their places.

If you create beautiful handmade products, offer holistic or wellbeing services, or feel your business would be a great fit for our event, we'd love to hear from you.
