Offloading / insoles I’m Kathy. I went to university to train to be a podiatrist and was lucky enough to get an NHS post post qualification. Which gave me such a great grounding and education. I’m happily still working for the NHS but have now branched out to expand my ever growing service in to the private sector. We have opened up “The Snug” to be able to provide a wide / full range of podiatry

services. I can offer routine maintenance for nails / callous / corns / Verrucas / fungal nails. Nail surgery / ingrowing toe nail maintenance. Foot health education for diabetics. Diabetic reviews

These heels came in to get summer ready !

The depth of the fissures were causing discomfort and presented a potential risk for infection.

The heels were reduced down to normalise the skin with out going to deep and causing pain.

They belonged to a very active individual who needed their feet to be in tip top condition.

They were sent away with homework of daily urea creaming and weekly filing.

This person came to me with deeply involuted nails ( curly and pinching). Despite conservative treatment the nails remain symptomatic so after discussion and careful assessment they opted for nail surgery!

We like to add a little fun to the post op dressings !! 🤣
